Delivery Area

Bentam Chalk™ currently delivers only within Agra, Uttar Pradesh. We do not ship outside Agra at this time. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm we deliver to your exact locality.

Freshness & Cold Chain

Every bottle is made fresh in small batches with no preservatives and has a 3-day refrigerated shelf life. Because of this, we do not use third-party couriers or long-distance shipping — all deliveries are made directly by our own local delivery team to keep the cold chain intact from batch to your doorstep.

Delivery Plans & Timing

• Single Bottle — a one-time trial delivery, scheduled shortly after your order is confirmed.
• Weekly, 15-Day, and Monthly subscriptions — daily fresh delivery for the length of your chosen plan, starting the day after your order is confirmed.
• Exact delivery windows are coordinated with you directly by our delivery team over WhatsApp/phone, based on your locality.

Tracking Your Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a personal tracking link showing your full delivery schedule and the status of each day's delivery — no login required.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible so we can reschedule that day's delivery where possible. Repeated missed deliveries for a subscription may be adjusted as "skipped" for that day.
