Products

We sell fresh, plant-based drinks — Soy Protein X and Soy Boondi Masala Mix Chaas — made in small batches with no preservatives. Nutrition figures shown are lab-verified where noted; see product pages for details. Our products are food items, not medicine, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical condition or allergy.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are computed by our server at the time of order — the amount shown at checkout is final and locked before payment.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify prices for future orders at any time; this does not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
• Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed via Razorpay.

Delivery

We currently deliver only within Agra, Uttar Pradesh. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

Subscriptions

Weekly, 15-Day, and Monthly plans are prepaid in full at checkout for the entire plan duration. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to pause, skip, or cancel a plan.

Account & Conduct

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information. Misuse of the site — including attempting to interfere with pricing, security, or other customers' data — is prohibited and may result in order cancellation.

Intellectual Property

"Bentam Chalk™," our logo, and all site content (text, images, recipes, branding) are the property of Damiksh Enterprises and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care in preparing and delivering fresh products, Damiksh Enterprises is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, beyond replacement or refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
